We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to oversee all business development, marketing, sales, and customer experience functions in order to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability while fulfilling our mission.

As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing Eden Grow Systems' business development, marketing, sales, and customer experience functions, and executing on revenue growth opportunities. You will work closely with the CEO, CFO, COO/CTO, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement revenue plans that align with the company's overall strategy and vision, while ensuring we achieve our mission to provide sustainable food and energy independence to local communities around the world.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute on revenue growth strategies that align with Eden Grow Systems' overall goals and objectives, while fulfilling our mission to provide sustainable food and energy independence to local communities.

Oversee all business development, marketing, sales, and customer experience functions to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.

Collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, and COO/CTO to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization, while prioritizing our mission.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue opportunities and optimize existing revenue streams.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to revenue growth, sales pipeline, and customer retention.

Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance profitability with market demand and support our mission.

Ensure Eden Grow Systems' sales processes and systems are optimized for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and fulfill our mission.

Develop and manage the annual revenue budget and forecast, while prioritizing our mission.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

20+ years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or related field.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing revenue growth strategies, while aligning with a company's mission or purpose.

Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and maximizing profitability, while staying true to a company's mission or purpose.

Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and motivating high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is a plus.
